Swiftlet's Nest with Fresh Fruit

- 113 g soaked swiftlet's nest
- 94 rock sugar
- suitable amount of melon balls
- suitable amount of honey-dew melon balls
- 2 cups of water

1. Crushed rock sugar and put it to a pot.
2. Add 2 cups of water, and cook it until the rock sugar has dissolved.
3. Pour syrup into a steaming pot.
4. Add swiftlet's nest and stewed it for 30 minutes.
5. When swiftlet's nest and syrup cooled down, add fruit balls.
