Ingredients
- 113 g soaked swiftlet's nest
- 75 g gingkoes
- 2 red dates
- 94 g rock sugar
- 4 cups of water
Method
1. Remove shells from gingkoes and soak in boiling water for a while.
2. Remove membrane and stalks.
3. Wash red dates and remove pits.
4. Put red dates and gingkoes into a pot.
5. Add 4 cups of water and stew it for 30 minutes.
6. Rinse rock sugar, and add it to the pot.
7. Cook it until rock sugar melted completely.
8. Add the swiftlet's nest and stew it for another 10 minutes.
